catalogue items. Whatever discounts are obtained from our suppliers, these in turn are
passed on to you the customer. All prices

Payment
We will charge your credit card on
approval from our clearing house and receipt of goods from our suppliers. Your order will
be shipped within 24 hrs of receipt of goods from our suppliers. If you have paid by
cheque and we owe you a full or partial refund, we will send a refund cheque for that
amount within 7 days.

If you believe your account has been

Availability
All items listed within the CD Ireland
catalogue are currently available to us from our suppliers. If in the event upon receipt
of your order that an item is currently unavailable we will contact you within 36hrs and
immediately put this item on 'SPECIAL ORDER' to our
suppliers. Please expect at least 5-7 days delay on fulfillment of Special Order
items.

Refunds & Returns
We at CD Ireland hope you will be very pleased with our
service however, if you receive an item that you are dissatisfied with, you may return it
within 30 days of receipt for a full refund provided you have not removed it from the
sealed package in which it was delivered.
Once we have received your returned goods, any sum
debited to CD Ireland from your credit card will be re-credited to your account within 30
days of your order, provided that the goods in question were returned by you and received
by CD Ireland in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you
may return the product to us for an exchange or refund. Simply post the item you wish to
return together with your advice note including your name, address, product details, and
